Needs Improvement
After being directed by the people in the main parking lot how to get there, it took us over 20 minutes to find our way to VIP Parking. We then spent an unreasonable amount of time in line trying to get into the venue. I don't understand how the show was started with well over 1000 people still trying to get in. We were in line approx. 20 minutes prior to show time and were not able to get into the venue until the end of the first act's performance. What I saw of the show was good. We did not hear even one song from the first performer. I'm sure the venue knew how many tickets were sold so I don't understand the poor crowd control.
